Rubber vulcanization process and its principle are discussed, the relationship be- tween vulcanization process and characteristics of electrolytic copper is focused, and the electrolytic copper-sulfide history trend chart is established. Based on the law of vulcanization process, the future risk of the seal production process is predicted. And according to discussion on the effect factors of rubber vulcanization process, the most appropriate process conditions of joint material vulcanization is searched to solve the issues of joint material cracking and surface-pale in the production process.
