中药清眩润目饮治疗睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼60例的临床观察

Qingxuan Runmu Yin in for 60 Cases of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Inducing Evaporative Dry Eyes

目的：观察中药清眩润目饮治疗睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼的临床疗效并探讨作用机制。方法：收集我院2012年7月～2013年7月门诊就诊的60例（120眼）睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30（60眼）例，治疗组给予自拟中药清眩润目饮治疗，对照组予典必殊滴眼液治疗，治疗4周，观察对比两组疗效。结果：治疗组30例（60眼）中治愈18只眼，好转38只眼，有效率93．33％。对照组30例（60眼）中治愈7只眼，好转42只眼，有效率81．67％。经统计学分析，P＜0．05有显著差异。治疗组患者经治疗后在临床症状和体征、泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间以及角膜荧光染色方面均优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：自拟中药清眩润目饮治疗睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼的疗效优于典必殊滴眼液的疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin on meibomian gland dysfunction inducing the evaporative dry eyes and to discuss the mechanism.Methods：Select 60 outpatients（120 eyes） diagnosed as chronic blepharitis from July,2012 to July,2013,and randomize outpatients into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases（60 eyes） in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin.The control group was treated with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone eye drops alone for 4 weeks.Observe the effect of two groups and compare them.Results：18 of 60 eyes were cured and 38 eyes were in-proved in the treatment group,and the effective rate was 93 .33%.There were 7 cured eyes and 42 improved eyes in the control group,and the effective rate was 81.67%.There were significant differences after statistics analysis（P〈0.05）. The Clinical symptoms and signs,Schirmer test（SIT）,break up time（BUT） of tear film,corneal fluorescein staining （ FL） were obviously improved in the treatment group after treatmet, and it was better than the control gorup （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion：The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu in on meibomian gland dys-function inducing the evaporative dry eyes is superior to that of Tobramycin and Dexamethasone eye drops.
