阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法改善缺血性脑中风偏瘫患者下肢功能的临床研究

Therapeutic Effect of Yin-yang Meridians Acupuncture by Reinforcing-reducing with Patients' Respiration on Lower Limb Function in Patients after Stroke

目的:观察阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法治疗缺血性脑中风偏瘫下肢功能变化。方法:将60例缺血性脑中风患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组与实验组,各30例。对照组采用基础治疗,未作其他相关的康复治疗,实验组在基础治疗上,阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法治疗。于治疗前、治疗后28天对患者髋、膝关节肌力、肌张力以及关节活动变化进行运动学参数测定、比较。结果:实验组和对照组治疗28天后,髋、膝关节肌力、肌张力以及活动度比较,均有显著差异,统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法可有效提高肌力,降低肌张力、改善关节活动度,提高缺血性脑中风偏瘫下肢运动功能。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Yin-yang meridians acupuncture by reinforcing -reducing with pa-tients’ respiration on lower limb function in patients after stroke.Methods：60 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with madopar treatment and the treatment group was with traditional tech-niques of needling Yin-yang meridians by reinforcing-reducing with patients＇respiration based on madopar treatment. All patients were assessed with kinematics time parameter at the beginning of the training and 28 days after treatment. Results：Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the treatment group（P〈0.01）.Conclu-sion：Yin-yang meridians acupuncture by reinforcing-reducing with patients＇respiration treatment can improve the low-er extremities motor,muscle strength and reduce muscular tension.
