基于上海某高层建筑裙房不均匀沉降的工程实例,根据该工程原结构设计、地基处理、施工及后续对裙房地基加固等情况,结合相关的文献资料,进行了裙房的地基承载力验算和沉降计算,以及分析了造成该裙房不均匀沉降的原因,并提出了今后在高层裙房的地基基础设计、施工及加固中的有关建议.

This article carried out the foundation bearing capacity checking calculation , settlement calcu-lation and the analysis of the uneven settlement according to the related literature and the data of the original structural design including the ground treatment , foundation construction and the following foundation reinforce-ment.Finally, it put forward some proposals to the ground treatment , foundation construction and the foundation reinforcement.
