基于功率键合图的跳汰机交流液压系统建模与仿真

摘要 以圆形跳汰机交流液压系统为对象,建立了单相交流液压工作单元负载升程和回程工况下的功率键合图模型,推导了系统状态方程,并结合实际参数利用MATLAB/Simulink工具箱对其进行了仿真模拟,得到了工作液压缸负载速度和工作压力动态特性曲线,为交流液压系统优化设计和性能评估提供了一种新途径. Aiming at the alternating flow hydraulic system of the circular jig , a simulation model for as-cending and returning load process of the single -phase system was established using the power bond graph meth-od .The system state equation coefficient matrixes were presented according to the power bond graph .The system simulation was carried out on the platform of MATLAB with the actual parameters from industry .And the velocity and pressure characteristic curves of hydraulic system were obtained , which is great helpful for the performance evaluation and the optimum design .
