摘要
运用理论和实测的方法,分析了汽车连杆的动态特性,采用有限元法对所分析的实体进行建模,然后进行了模态分析.在实测中,运用LabVIEW对汽车连杆进行了实测,采用正弦扫频的方法,得出了连杆的固有频率.对比理论结果与实测结果,二者结果相符合,证明该方法是正确的,该测试系统提供了一种新的连杆固有频率测试方法,具有一定的参考价值.
In this paper , theoretical and experimental methods were used to analyze the dynamic charac-teristics of the connecting rod .First, the finite element method was used to build the physical modeling of the connecting rod , and then the modal analysis was carried out .In the measurement , LabVIEW was used to meas-ure the automobile connecting rod's dynamic characteristic , that is to say , sine sweep method was used to get the results of the natural frequency of the connecting rod .Comparing the theoretical results with experimental re-sults, the two results proved that the method is correct .The test system provides a new testing method and has a certain reference value .
