摘要
大直径重型镗刀是保证大直径孔加工精度的关键工具。结合生产实际,设计了重型镗刀关键件主刀桥的结构形式。利用有限元分析了主刀桥的刚性,设计了一种新型的主刀桥。研究结果表明,与国外同类镗刀相比,该镗刀具有较好的刚性,能够满足加工精度的要求。
Heavy boring cutter with large diameter is a key tool for ensuring the machining accuracy of large diameter hole. The structure of main tool bridge as a key component of heavy boring cutter is designed; the rigidity of the main bor- ing bar is analyzed by using the finite element method. And a new main tool bridge is designed. The research result shows that it has good rigidity and is able to meet the demand of machining accuracy, compared with similar boring cutter from a- broad.
