摘要
分析了解钩杆传统加工工艺存在的问题和不足,介绍了在加工中心实现解钩杆高效加工的加工方法及其夹具设计,结果表明:采用先进数控加工工艺方案,减少了夹具数量,生产效率和产品质量得到了显著提高。
The existing problems and defects of uncoupling bar traditional processing are analyzed. The processing method and the fixture design to realize the efficient machining of the uncoupling bar in processing center are introduced. The result shows : by using advanced numerical control processing process program, the number of fixture is decreased, the production efficiency and product quality are improved greatly compared with the traditional processing technology.
