摘要
随着现代高新技术的发展,对高精度零件的需求量日益增多。目前,这类零件中的微小深凹面零件的超精密加工还具有一定的困难。本文介绍了加工微小深凹面零件的液体射流研磨技术,设计了一套液体射流研磨循环系统,提出了液体射流研磨材料去除机理,为后续研究液体射流研磨加工微小深凹面零件提供了一定的理论基础。
With the development of modem high technology, the demand of high precision parts is increasing. Now,it is very difficult to process the small concave high precision parts. This paper introduces the liquid jet grinding technology of the small concave deep parts. And the author designed a set of liquid jet grinding circulation system, put forward the liquid jet grinding material removal mechanism. This paper provides some theoretical basis for follow - up study liquid jet grinding small concave deep parts.
