摘要
采用摇瓶培养法对紫陀螺菌(Gom phus purpuraceus)适宜的发酵碳源和氮源、发酵条件进行了分析研究,结果表明:最适宜的碳源、氮源分别是葡萄糖和牛肉膏;最优发酵条件的初始pH5.4~6.2,振荡速度145r/min,培养温度26℃,100mL三角瓶装液量50mL.此外,还测定了紫陀螺菌深层培养菌丝体中蛋白质成分中的氨基酸种类.
The authors explore that suitable fermentative conditions affecting the mycelia growth of Gomphus purpuraceus.Experimental results indicated that the optimum composition of a fermentative medium is as following:the most suitable nitrogen source and carbon source are glucose and beef extract ;The highest yield of mycelia was obtained on the conditions that the shaker rotation speed is at 145r/min,p H 5.4 ~ 6.2,the temperature is at 26℃,the optimal culture media capacity is 50mL in 100mLflask.The protein compositions and the kind of amino acids in the submerged culture for mycelia of Gomphus purpuraceus were also detected.
