With the idea of analogy,we popularized Heavy-tailed distribution class L（γ）,S（γ）,S ＊ （γ） and local heavy-tailed class L △,S △,S ＊△ to a new distribution class L△ （γ）,S△ （γ）,γ ≥ 0,S＊△ （γ）,γ ≥ 0 and finally get the two equivalent nature of Class S△（γ） and S＊△ （γ） whenγ ＞0.
