摘要
介绍一种利用广域测量系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)量测信号,基于慢同调理论的自适应主动解列控制实用化技术方案,包括基于量测类噪声信号进行系统慢同调区域划分的流程;基于"角半径"和量测暂态轨迹信号的分层分区暂态稳定判别和失稳模式识别方法;解列控制策略以及孤岛功率辅助控制策略的生成方法。此方案不依赖于系统数学模型,是一种无模型化的方案。在IEEE-118节点测试系统上验证了所提方案的有效性。
This Paper proposed a practical scheme for the adaptive islanding control based on slow coherency theory utilizing the measured signals by WAMS. The scheme includes: slow coherency based area partition based on measured ambient data; transient stability discrimination and the instability pattern identification in hieratical way based on the measured transient trajectory curves; generation of the islanding strategy and the auxiliary control strategy for the formed islands. The scheme does not depend on the mathematical model of the system, i.e., it is a model-free scheme. The scheme was verified on the IEEE-118 buses test system.
