我国超重与肥胖症人群比例不断增加,糖尿病已成为其中主要并发症之一。虽然内科治疗可以控制血糖在相对较低水平而避免严重并发症的发生,但无法获得满意的血糖控制,且不能长期维持。而手术治疗则是惟一能使重度肥胖获得长期且稳定减重的方法,达到完全缓解及长期缓解糖尿病的目标。我国减重手术起步较晚,经过10余年发展,现接受减重手术治疗肥胖和2型糖尿病的病例数逐年递增,呈现出良好的发展趋势,但同时也存在相应的问题,应采取相应举措,减少并发症及其他不良后果发生。

After more than 10 years＇ development, now the number of patients with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus who accept bariatric surgery has increased year by year, which not only shows a good development trend, hut also reflects the corresponding problems at the same time. Surgoens should reflect and pay attention to the problems, implement the corresponding measures, in order to reduce unnecessary complications and other adverse consequences.
