摘要
减重手术治疗肥胖和2型糖尿病的疗效已得到全球公认并由此改变了此类代谢疾病的治疗模式。国内越来越多的医疗机构开始尝试开展该手术,正确预防与处理手术相关并发症对于保证手术疗效具有重要意义。充分的术前准备、规范的手术实施、完善的术后监测及随访是预防并及时发现并发症的基础,根据病人的具体情况选择个体化治疗方案是手术并发症能够得到有效处理的保障。
The efficacy of bariatric surgery on obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus has been recognized world widely and has changed the mode of treatment to the metabolic disorders. More and more domestic hospitals began to perform the operations, and realized the significance of prevention and treatment of procedure-related complications. The appropriate preparation before the operation, procedures in conformity with the bariatric principle and careful monitor and follow-up are necessary to prevent and diagnose the bariatric complications. The treatment should be based on individualized evaluation of complications after the bariatric surgery.
