目前,肥胖和糖尿病已成为严重的社会问题,而手术治疗肥胖症和糖尿病成为医疗的热点,我国减重及代谢外科刚刚起步,对于大多数的减重外科医师须接受培训以顺利度过学习曲线,接受登记制度和定期考核以保证我国减重及代谢外科的规范化和标准化。培训内容主要包括基本知识、手术技能、科学管理等三方面,度过学习曲线的方法具有多样性,寻找适合自身的学习路径,积极参与学术组织的活动。

Obesity and diabetes have become a serious global problem. The surgical treatment of obesity and diabetes has become hot topic of medical, bariatric and metabolic surgery at the initial stage in China. Bariatric surgeons must be trained to shorten the learning curve. The cases registration system and regular assessment are the two ways to ensure the standardization of bariatric and metabolic surgeons in China. The training content mainly includes three aspects of basic knowledge, operation skills, scientific management methods. There are various ways to shorten the learning curve. Every surgeon should choose a siutable learning path. Participating academic activities is an effective method for shortening learning curve.
