摘要
人才的发展是企业发展和竞争的核心元素,科技人才的培养是科研院所的长期任务和需要不断探索的课题。由直达期、回望—目标梳理期、再次定位期组成的"三段式"培养方法,是长庆油田勘探开发研究院在长期的工作和管理实践中摸索出来的方法,易于操作和掌握。作为常态化的人才培养模式,在实际应用中取得了可喜的成绩,培养了一批青年英才,促进了研究院科技创新能力不断提升,在长庆油田"西部大庆"建设中发挥了积极作用。
Talents are the key element for enterprises to develop themselves and compete. Cultivation of technological talents is a long-term task of research institutes and a topic that needs to be explored constantly. The "three-stage" pattern, namely direct reach stage, review-target adjustment stage and re-positioning stage, is a cultivation method created by Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development of Changqing Oilfield in its management work over a long period of time. It can be easily put in place and controlled. As an everyday pattern for cultivation of talents, this method has achieved satisfactory results, producing some young elite and boosting the creative capability of the research institute. These talents have played an active role in Changqing Oilfield nicknamed as "Western Daqing Oilfield."
