工业锅炉节能优化控制系统的设计方案 被引量:3

摘要 以工业锅炉为被控对象,以安全、稳定、低碳、节能为生产目标,根据工艺流程,结合控制要求,对整个工业锅炉过程控制系统的物料出口温度、流量和烟气含氧量、炉膛真空度等进行特性分析,以及基础控制系统和开车顺序控制系统的设计,包括物料出口温度控制、烟气含氧量闭环控制、炉膛负压反馈控制等。利用SIMATIC PCS7完整地实施整个工业锅炉控制方案,并对控制结果做出分析。结果表明,所设计的工业锅炉整体控制方案有较好的实用性和较强的鲁棒性,同时也能很好地满足控制要求。 Taking the industrial boiler as the controlled object,and the safety,stabilization,low-carbon and energy conservation as the production target ,the industrial boiler system is designed based on the process of the industrial boilers and the control requirements. The characteristics of the overall boiler process control system are analyzed,such as the material outlet temperature,the material outlet flow,the oxygen content in flue gas and furnace pressure,the fundamental control system and drive sequence control system are designed, including the material outlet temperature control system, the oxygen content of the flue gas control system and the furnace pressure feedback control system. Then SIMATIC PCS7 is used to implement this control strategy,Finally,the detailed analyses of control results prove the practicability and robustness of the proposed control scheme here. The experimental results show that the control system meets the control requirement.
