摘要
高校关工委是利用离退休老干部、老教师的特殊优势,关心、教育、培养青年学生和青年教职工健康成长的群众性组织。从学生党建、教学督导和第三课堂等多个方面论述了高校关工委在育人中的重要作用。
The care of the next generation committee is to use the special advantage of retired cadres and teachers to take care of,educate,cultivate young students and teachers to ensure the healthy growth of mass workers.This paper discusses the important role of the Committee for the next generation in education from the aspects of students＇ party construction,teaching supervision and the third classroom.
