档案管理工作是各行业、各部门的重要工作环节,当今高新科技的迅速发展以及由此导致的社会变革,使我国的档案管理现代化成为必然的发展趋势。从实现档案管理现代化的必要性、主要内容、有效途径三方面进行分析论述,并有针对性地提出建议。

Archives management is a key link in every industry and department.The rapid development of modern technology and the resulting social change make China＇s archives management modernization become an inevitable trend.This paper analyzes this phenomenon from three aspects： the necessity of implementation,main contents and the effective ways,then puts forward some suggestions.
