摘要
随着全球汽车产业规模近年持续攀升,中国已成为世界第二大汽车保有量国家。涉及整车控制、动力驱动、汽车电子配件的中国本土汽车电子企业在顺势崛起,并且发展极为迅速。对应这些控制单元的硬件载体的PCB设计技术,自然越来越受行业重视。文章针对车载PCB板的工作条件,主要讨论电感的放置方向、线路耦合、接地孔以及引线长度、引线电感等问题。
As the global auto industry's scale expanding, China has become the world's second largest auto possession country, in recent year .Accordingly, Chinese local auto electronics companies which devote to vehicle control, power drive, and automotive electronic accessories are emerged and the development is very fast. So PCB design technology base on the hardware in the control unit that is getting more and more industry's attention. This article mainly discusses the placement of inductor, Line coupling, Grounding hole, Lead length, Lead inductance etc.
