摘要
本文针对输油管清蜡车操作人员传统的作业姿态,应用CAITA选取合适的人体模型并调整为正常作业姿态,完成舒适度评估、上肢评价与视野分析,并结合分析结果提出改进方案,为其后进行输油管清蜡车操作空间设计提供了客观的理论指导依据。
Aimed at the operator＆#39;s working posture on the oil pipe paraffin vehicle, CATIA is applied to select appropriate human model and adjust normal working posture, comfort evaluation, upper limbs evaluation and vision analysis are completed. Combined with the results of the analysis, the improved scheme is put forward, which provides objective theoretical guidance for the design of the pipeline paraffin vehicle operating space.
