摘要
为解决轻量化无内胎轮辋总成失效率高的问题,采用质量工具及理化分析方法,找出了影响轮辋总成失效的关键影响因子,提出从设计方面对轮辋总成进行改进,并通过CAE分析方法对改善前后的轮辋总成结构进行了应力应变分析及验证,改进效果佳。
To solve the lightweight tubeless rim assembly failure rate issues, the use of quality tools and chemical analysis methods to identify the key influence rim assembly failure factor, made from the design aspects of the rim assembly to improve, with CAE analysis methods for structural improvements to the front and rear rim assembly were stress-strain analysis and verification, improved results were obvious.
