作为教育家的胡适先生,对于拔尖学术人才的培养贡献很大。他满怀希望,不断发掘青年拔尖学术人才;他秉承中西结合的实验方法,通过治学方法指导提升青年拔尖学术人才的发展道路;他以自由思想为基础,用独特的思想品格影响青年人才的心灵成长。
HU Shi, a well-renowned educator, has contributed greatly to the cultivation of top academic talents of good prospects. This article aims to present his contributions in advancing top young academics with a liberal view of integrating the eastern and western pilot programs to be strict with academic education and ethical quality cultivation.
