摘要
家长对自身角色的认识直接关系到其角色行为的科学性。一名合格的家长应当具有监护者、教育者、学习者、合作者等多元化的角色。然而很多家长存在疏于教育、过度监管、拒绝改变等角色偏差,导致出现亲子疏远、家庭冲突等问题。因此,必须通过争当学习型家长,树立正确的教育观,优化家庭环境以及密切与学校的联系等途径来矫正家长角色的偏差,真正建立起多元化的家长角色。
Parents’ understanding of their role directly affects their reasonable behavior as a qualified parent to be a guardian, educator, learner and collaborator. Many parents, however, fail out of ignorant education, excessive regulation, and role-change denial, resulting in parent-child alienation, family conflict and other issues. The author, therefore, believes that parents have to correct their behavior as learners, representatives of right education, creators of favorable family environment, and close superintendents of schooling, to fulfill their multi-functional roles.
