通过分析《国际卫生条例(2005)》实施后,卫生检疫工作面临的挑战,从完善法律法规,公共卫生与个人权利的平衡,完善监测体系和应急模式,卫生检疫信息化管理四个方面提出应对措施,旨在为新形势下卫生检疫工作的开展提供参考。

This article analyzes the challenges of the health and quarantine since the International Health Regulations （2005） became effective. Countermeasures are put forward in four areas to amend the laws and regulations, find the balance between public health and human rights, improve monitoring systems and emergency modes and improve information management of the health and quarantine, so as to provide reference for the health and quarantine under the new situation.
