摘要
小课题研究秉承"教学即研究,教师即研究者,成果即成长"的价值追求,成为促进教师自主专业成长、推动学校优质发展、深化教育教学改革的一个有效途径。在区域范围内整体推进小课题研究,要采取教育行政政策推动、业务部门专业引领、基层学校本土化实践等有效策略,以促进小课题研究的规范化、专业化和特色化发展。
Small research subjects stick to the principles of “teacher is research,teacher is researcher, and achievement is growth.”The research has become an effective approach to promoting teachers’auton-omous professional growth and schools’quality development,and to deepening teaching reform.In terms of regional small research subjects,we should resort to administrative promotion,professional guidance, and school-based practice to enhance normalization,professionalization and characterization of small re-search subjects.
