乳腺癌术后双管引流加弹性包扎46例临床分析

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE ON 46 CASES WITH DOUBLE TUBE DRAINAGE AND ELASTIC BANDAGE AFTER BREAST CANCER OPERATION

目的探讨乳腺癌术后采用双管引流加弹性包扎方法对其术后并发症防治的效果。方法选择2005年4月—2013年5月收治的46例乳腺癌患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各23例,二组采用相同的手术方式,术后观察组采用双管引流加弹性包扎,对照组采用单管引流加局部加压包扎。观察二组患者术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死等并发症的发生情况。结果观察组皮下积液的发生率为8.70%,对照组为26.09%,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮瓣坏死发生率为4.35%,对照组为26.09%,二组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后采用双管引流加弹性包扎较单管引流加局部加压包扎临床效果更加显著,能够明显降低乳腺癌术后皮下积液和皮瓣坏死等并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of prevention and treatment of double tube drainage and elastic bandage method after breast cancer operation.Methods Forty-six breast cancer patients in Linyi Tumor Hospital from April 2005 to May 2013 were selected as observation subjects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,23 cases in each group.Two groups were given the same operation,observation group adopted double tube drainage and elastic bandage after operation,control group were given single tube drainage and local pressure dressing.The incidence of subcutaneous effusion,skin flap necrosis and other complications were observed in two groups.Results In the observation group,the incidence of subcutaneous effusion was 8.70% and 26.09%in control group,the difference between the two groups was significantly（P〈0.05）.The incidence of flap necrosis in observation group was 4.35%and 26.09%in control group,there was significantly difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of postoperative breast cancer with double tubes and elastic bandage is better than single tube drainage and local pressure,which can significantly reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hydrops and skin flap necrosis after breast cancer surgery.
