高职生跨文化敏感与跨文化效力的相关性研究

A Study of Correlation between Intercultural Sensitivity and Intercultural Efficiency of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过问卷对高职院校英语专业三年级167名学生的跨文化敏感与跨文化效力进行调查研究。结果发现:高职生的跨文化敏感度中等偏低,跨文化效力略低于平均及格水平;跨文化敏感与跨文化效力整体具有较强的正相关性,两者各因子之间也基本呈正相关;男女学生在跨文化敏感和跨文化效力上没有表现出显著差异。本研究为高职生跨文化交际能力培养提供了一定的实证基础。

A questionnaire survey and study about the intercultural sensitivity and efficiency has been carried out among 176 grade-three English majors in a higher vocational college. The result shows that their intercultural sensitivity is at medi- um level or slightly lower. Their intercultural efficiency is slightly below the average level ; there exists strong positive corre- lation between the entirety of those and basic positive correlation among their factors. No significant differences in those be- tween boys and girls are found. The study provides some evidence-based foundation for the intercultural communication competence education of the vocational college students.
