广州蓄能水电厂B厂机组导叶轴套选型研究 被引量:3

摘要 广州蓄能水电厂B厂4台机组自投产以来,多次出现导叶轴套漏水、损坏等问题,尤其8号机组频繁出现G工况启动时导叶拒动故障。通过综合比较分析,决定后续机组大修选用500SP1-SL464铜基镶嵌自润滑轴套替换500SP1-SL401轴套。8号机组于2012年2月完成大修,从实际运行情况来看,目前导叶轴套未发现漏水,导叶静态试验中导叶开关顺畅,机组小修时检查上下抗磨板无摩擦痕迹,导叶端面间隙正常无变化。 The bushings of guide vanes in the Plant B of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station repeatedly appear water leakage and damage since putting into operation of 4 pump-turbines, especially the Unit 8 frequently occurs refused-action fault of guide vane in the starting of generating mode. Through comprehensively comparing and analyzing, the 500SP1-SL401 bushings are determined to be replaced by 500SP1-SL464 copper-based self-lubricating bushings. After the heavy overhaul of Unit 8 completed in February 2012, the new bushings do not appear water leakage in actual operation, the open and closure of guide vanes is smooth in static test, and the upper and lower wear rings do not have friction trace and the end clearances have unchanged when checking in slight overhaul.
