摘要 广州蓄能水电厂A厂调速器液压控制系统测压阀卡阻、电磁阀卡涩是其检修维护过程中的痼疾,通过分析和研究提出,将测压阀解体检查及清洗的周期由每年2次调整为5年1次,减少人为拆装对测压阀精密度的影响,并将调速器用油更换为广蓄B厂使用的Nuto H(力图)68号液压油,较好地解决了调速器这两种长期困扰电厂安全生产的故障难题,提高了机组运行可靠性,保证了电厂的安全生产。 The faults of pressure valve blockage and solenoid valve jamming of governor's hydraulic control system in the Plant A of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station often occurred. Based on the analyses and studies, it is suggested that the disintegration inspection and cleaning cycle of pressure valve should be adjusted from 2 times per year to one time per 5 years to reduce the impact of disassembly on valve precision, and the hydraulic oil for governor should be replaced with No. 68 Nuto H hydraulic oil used in Plant B. These treatments have satisfactorily solved two faults of governor and improved the reliability of unit operation and ensured the operation safety of station.
