摘要
广州蓄能水电厂A厂机组投产以来,主轴密封曾多次出现烧损问题。为了消除安全隐患,满足机组安全、稳定运行的需要,提高主轴密封运行的可靠性,一方面不断优化以往安装、调整方法,另一方面从主轴密封自身的材料、结构等多方面出发,通过不断地探索和努力,进行了一系列的改进,取得了一定的成效。
The main shaft seal of pump-turbine has repeatedly damaged in the Plant A of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station. In order to eliminate security risks, meet the needs of unit safe and stable operation and improve the reliability of the main shaft seal, the installation and adjustment methods of main shaft seal are optimized, and on the other hand, a series of improvements on seal structure and material are also explored based on the researches of seal structure and material. These treatments have obtained some achievements.
