抽水蓄能机组安全稳定控制策略的研究与应用

摘要 广州蓄能水电厂稳定控制子站系统采用分布式配置方式,采集4回500 k V线路和8台抽水蓄能发电机等12个单元的三相电压电流,根据采集的量自动判断系统运行方式与每台机的发电或抽水状态。其稳定控制策略按作用对象分为热稳控制、暂稳控制、频率控制策略及全网控制策略;按功能则可分为线路跳闸切泵、线路过载切机(或切泵)、接收远方命令切泵、高频切机、低频切泵。广蓄稳控动作实例说明,其安全稳定策略正确、有效。 The stability control sub-station of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station is distributed configured which automatically determines the operation status of power system and units by collecting three-phase voltage and current data of four 500 kV transmission lines and eight units. The stability control strategies include thermal stability control strategy, transient stability control strategy, frequency control strategy and power grid control strategy according to the objects, and line tripping under pumping operation, line overload tripping under generating or pumping operation, receiving remote command to trip under pumping operation, high frequency tripping under generating operation and low frequency tripping under pumping operation. The actual stability control practices show that the security and stability strategies of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station are correct and effective.
