血清细胞因子及受体在乳腺癌病情及预后判断中的价值 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、可溶性受体P55(sTNFR-P55)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、可溶性CD105(s-CD105)、趋化因子CCL20及趋化因子受体CXCR3在乳腺癌病情判断中的价值。方法选取乳腺癌复发转移患者53例(观察组)、未发生转移的乳腺癌患者42例(对照组)、乳腺癌手术患者36例(手术组)及健康体检者41例(正常组),将各组患者血清TNF-α、sTNFR-P55、TGF-β1、s-CD105、CCL20、CXCR3水平进行统计及比较。结果手术组术前与正常组比较,血清TNF-α、sTNFR-P55、TGF-β1、S-CD105、CCL20、CXCR3各指标存在统计学差异(P均<0.05);观察组血清TNF-α、sTNFR-P55、TGF-β1、S-CD105、CCL20、CXCR3表达水平高于对照组及正常组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);对照组与正常组各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组中局部复发组、淋巴结转移组、远处转移组各指标两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论血清TNFα、sTNFR-P55、TGF-β1、s-CD105、CCL20、CXCR3的水平与乳腺癌病情的变化密切相关,可作为监测乳腺癌患者有无复发和转移的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the effects of serum levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha ( TNF-α) , soluble P55 (sTNFR-P55), transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and soluble CD105(s-CD105), CCL20 chemokine and chemokine receptor CXCR3 on the illness change and prognosis of breast cancer patients .Methods 53 cases of patients with breast cancer recurrence and metastasis ( observation group ) , 42 cases of breast cancer without metastasis patients ( control group) , 36 cases of breast cancer patients ( operation group ) , and 41 individuals for health physical examination ( normal group) were included in the study .The serum TNF-α, sTNFR-P55, TGF-β1 , s-CD105 , CCL20, CXCR3 levels were meas-ured and compared among groups .Results There were significant differences of the serum TNF-α, sTNFR-P55, TGF-β1 , s-CD105, CCL20, CXCR3 between operation group preoperation and normal group (all P〈0.05).The serum TNF-α, sT-NFR-P55, TGF-β1 , s-CD105 , CCL20, CXCR3 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the normal group (all P〈0.05).The serum TNF-α, sTNFR-P55, TGF-β1, s-CD105, CCL20, CXCR3 levels in the local recurrence cases , lymph nodes metastasis cases , distant metastasis cases of the observation group had no significant differences (all P〉0.05).Conclusion The levls of TNF-α, sTNFR-P55, TGF-β1, s-CD105, CCL20, CXCR3 in serum are closely related with illness change of breast cancer .
