前列腺癌组织中HIF-1α、Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达及意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察前列腺癌组织中缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测56例前列腺癌和30例正常前列腺组织中的HIF-1α、Bcl-2、Bax蛋白。结果HIF-1α、Bcl-2、Bax蛋白在前列腺癌中阳性表达率分别为64.3%、44.6%、87.5%,而在正常前列腺组织中阳性表达率为0、3.3%、83.3%,二者比较,HIF-1α、Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达有统计学差异;前列腺癌组织中HIF-1α、Bcl-2阳性表达与病理分级、临床分期有关(P均<0.05),Bax阳性表达与病理分级、临床分期无关(P均>0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析,前列腺癌组织中HIF-1α与Bcl-2表达呈正相关(rs=0.747,P<0.05),HIF-1α与Bax表达呈负相关(rs=-0.539,P<0.05),Bcl-2与Bax表达无相关(rs=0.082,P>0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、Bcl-2、Bax蛋白在前列腺癌组织中高表达,HIF-1α可能通过调节Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达从而参与前列腺癌的发生、发展过程。
