不同分子亚型乳腺癌组织中Vimentin、bcl-2的表达变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察不同分子亚型乳腺癌组织中波形蛋白(Vimentin)、bcl-2的表达变化。方法选择乳腺癌组织70例,其中Luminal A型24例、Luminal B型18例、HER-2过表达型12例和三阴型16例。采用免疫组化法检测组织中的Vimentin和bcl-2。结果 Luminal A型、Luminal B型、HER-2过表达型和三阴型中癌组织Vimentin阳性表达率分别为29.1%(7/24)、33.3%(6/18)、66.7%(8/12)和81.2%(13/16),bcl-2阳性表达率分别为79.2%(19/24)、77.8%(14/18)、33.3%(4/12)和37.5%(6/16);HER-2过表达型和三阴型癌组织Vimentin阳性表达率均高于Luminal A型和Luminal B型,bcl-2阳性表达率均低于Luminal A型和luminal B型;P均<0.05。乳腺癌组织中Vimentin与bcl-2的表达呈负相关(r=-0.287,P<0.05)。结论 HER-2过表达型和三阴型乳腺癌组织中Vimentin表达均高于Luminal A型和Luminal B型,而bcl-2表达均低于Luminal A型和Luminal B型;两者共同检测有助于判断乳腺癌的分型及预后。
