PET-CT与CT在食管癌调强精确放疗靶区勾画中的应用比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的对比分析PET-CT与CT在食管癌调强精确放疗靶区勾画中的应用效果。方法对11例食管癌患者进行PET和CT非同机扫描,并将图像传输至三维治疗计划系统(TPS),进行手动图像融合,由同一临床医师分别在CT、PET-CT融合图像上勾画患者靶区体积,同一物理师分别设计优化TPS计划,给予5野调强精确放疗,比较CT、PET-CT勾画靶区大体肿瘤体积(GTV)、临床靶区体积(CTV),全肺受量,双肺受照超过10 Gy、20 Gy、30 Gy的体积占全肺体积的百分比(肺V10、V20、V30),气管受量,心脏受量,脊髓受量。结果 PET-CT勾画靶区的GTV、CTV均小于CT勾画靶区,肺、心脏、脊髓、气管受量均较CT勾画靶区低,P均<0.05。结论 PET-CT图像融合基础上勾画靶区制定放疗计划,可更有效保护周围正常组织和器官。
