摘要
运用锻炼态度量表,对内蒙古大学生体育锻炼态度进行了调查.结果表明:内蒙古大学生锻炼态度各分量表的得分较高,锻炼态度较为积极,但每周锻炼的次数和每次锻炼时的强度偏低,锻炼实际较差,二者形成较大反差;有无体育课程的教学引导对大学生体育锻炼态度的形成有较大影响.从强化大学生的体育锻炼意识、优化体育课程结构、改善校园体育锻炼环境等方面,提出改变大学生体育锻炼态度与锻炼实际之间差距的一些建议.
The author used exercise attitude scale, attitude to Inner Mongolia university sports exercise were investigated. The results show that Inner Mongolia university students' exercise attitude all subscales score higher, university students' exercise attitude is positive, but the number of weekly exercise and the intensity of each time exercise are low, exercise actual is poorer. Exercise attitude and exercise actual form a larger contrast. For the teaching of physical education curriculum guide to university students has a great influence on the formation of physical exercise attitude. From strengthening university students' physical exercise consciousness, optimize the structure of physical education curriculum, improve the campus sports environment, etc, give some advices to change between university students' physical exercise attitude and exercise actual gap.
