摘要
在创新扩散的理论视角下,研究MOOC学习者活跃度和满意度的影响因素,并且借助已有MOOC平台,向特定受众实施问卷调查。通过对清华大学"学堂在线"平台用户的调查和回归分析发现:平台功能设计的互动性、学习者利用平台向他人分享的便利性、平台推行方的传播效果是影响学习者学习活跃度和满意度的重要因素;学习者决策的独立性与活跃度呈负相关,与满意度呈正相关,活跃度主要受到平台上"他人"的影响,满意度则受到平台"自身"的影响。
In the perspective of innovation diffusion theory, we tested the facts which influence the MOOC learners'activity and satis-faction, and take the help of existing MOOC platform to make implementation questionnaires from the specific audience.By Tsinghua U-niversity "school online"platform user surveys and regression analysis:there are three key factors related to the learners'activity and sat-isfaction, including the interactivity of the platform, the convenience for learners to share with others, and the promoting effect of the platform;Independence of learners decision making is negatively correlated with activity and positively correlated with satisfaction, which is argued that learner';s activity level is mainly influenced by"other learners", and one's satisfaction level is by the platform"itself".
