摘要
基于传递路径分析理论,针对某轻型卡车的怠速工况,以动力总成振动激励对驾驶员外耳的传递路径分析为例,说明了传递路径分析的方法和步骤。分析识别了主要传递路径的贡献量幅值,结合相位关系找到与实测相位较接近的传递路径,深入分析频响函数及激振力寻找导致贡献量大的原因,结合悬置传递率测试结果验证悬置设计是否满足要求。分析发现,右悬置Y向、左悬置Y向是解决问题的关键,二者的频响函数都较大且右悬置Y向的激励力也较大。可通过改善悬置支架结构来降低频响值,通过提高悬置隔振效果来降低车架端激励力。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the transfer path, for light truck idling conditions, as an example of the transfer path of powertrain vibration excitation to driver's ear, the analysis methods and procedures of transfer path were explained. The contribution amount of amplitude for the main transfer path were analyzed and identified. Based on phase relation, the transfer path approach to the measured phase was found. The frequency response function and the exciting force were further analyzed to find the reason led to large contributions. Based on the test results of suspension transfer, the design requirements were verified. The analysis shows Y of right and left mount suspension is the key to solve the problems. Both the frequency response functions are larger and the excitation force of right suspension Y is even larger. The value of frequency response can be reduced by improving the suspension structure and the side effects of excitation force can be reduced by increasing the frame suspension vibration isolation effect.
