摘要
基础教育阶段特色学校的创建,对于全面提升学校办学水平,提高育人质量具有十分重要的意义。特色学校的创建,须从概念上澄清"特色学校"与"学校特色"的区别,立足于学生的成长与发展需求,着眼于学校未来的长远发展,还应正视"什么样的特色"、"为谁的特色"等问题,妥善处理好诸如特色与传统的关系、局部与整体的关系,更新思维方式,避免走入误区。
Distinctive school construction in the stage of basic education is significant in promoting overall levels and qualities of school education. Distinctive school construction needs to distinguish"distinctive school" and "school characteristics" in definition, be based on students' requirements for their growth and development, and focus on the school's future development. Meanwhile, we should take correct attitudes towards the problems such as "what is the characteristic?" and "whose characteristic does it belong to?". To avoid misconceptions, we should deal properly with the relationships between characteristic and tradition, and part and whole, and update our thinking styles as well.
