Responsibility Inspector:What to Supervise? And How to Supervise?

中小学校责任督学挂牌督导是国务院教育督导委员会贯彻落实中共十八届三中全会《决定》"深化教育领域综合改革"、"强化国家教育督导"精神的一项重要举措。为增强责任督学挂牌督导工作的科学性、前瞻性、权威性,必须研究责任督学督什么、怎么督,同时需要探索有效实施中小学校挂牌督导的措施和相关的运行机制。

Primary-secondary schools＇ listed supervision of responsibility inspectors is an important strategy for deepening comprehensive reform in education and strengthening national education supervision by the Education Supervision Committee of the State Council, implementing the spirit of Decision formulated by the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. To enhance science, prospect and authority of listed supervision of responsibility inspectors, we must conduct research into what to supervise and effective ways of supervision. Meanwhile, strategies and operating systems for effective implementation of listed supervision deserve further exploration.
