摘要 教育公平不仅是起点的公平,更重要的是过程公平,学困生是学校确保教育过程公平时首先需要关注的对象。广义的"学困生"是指那些在认识、情感、态度与行为等方面距离教育目标较远,在德、智、体、美、劳的某一种或几种素质维度上明显落后于普通水平的学生。开展"学困生支持"整合行动主要策略有:认知干预,培养学生的认知能力;人格矫正,提升学生人格水平;环境构建,凝聚各方教育合力。 Education equity means equity from the starting point as well as in the process, and unsuccessful students need to be concerned in the first place as school ensures the equity of educational process. "Unsuccessful students", in a broad sense, refer to those who are farther away from the educational goals in cognition, emotion, attitude and behavior, and who lag behind normal-level students in one or more quality dimensions of moral, intelligence, physical, aesthetic and labor education. Main strategies for supporting unsuccessful students are cognitive interference to foster their cognitive abilities, personality rectification to improve their level of personality, and environment construction to integrate all educational forces.
