做好农村外来建设者服务和管理工作的几点思考——以奉化市溪口镇班溪行政村为例

Reflections on the Management and Service for Migrant Workers:A Case Study of Banxi Village,Xikou,Fenghua

在对奉化市溪口镇班溪行政村的外来建设者的基本情况进行全面深入调研的基础上,分析了外来建设者的管理和服务工作情况、存在的主要问题和原因,提出了简化程序、健全网络、深化内涵、整合信息,在提高"四种功夫"上做好工作的对策和措施。

Based on a comprehensive and in-depth research of the management of migrant workers in Banxi village,Xikou town,Fenghua city,the thesis gives an analysis of the management of and service for the migrant workers there and summarizes the major problems existed and their reasons.The paper proposes four measures：to simplify the management process,to improve the networks,to deepen the significance and to integrate the information.
