多种纤维复合机织物服用性能研究

摘要 采用18.2tex棉纱、18.2tex阳离子粘胶纱及18.2tex玉石天丝复合纱为原料,试制18块仿棉交织织物,讨论了纱线的基本结构与性能,并测试了织物的接触冷暖感、热传导率、保温率、透气性及刚柔性能。试验结果表明:玉石天丝复合纱具有蜂窝结构,与棉纱交织织物的导热性能较好,其中玉石天丝复合纱含量越高,织物导热性能越好;阳离子粘胶纱与棉纱交织织物的导热性能同玉石天丝复合纱与棉纱交织织物相比较小,却与纯棉织物较为接近。 This study prepares 18cotton-like mixed fabrics with 18.2tex cotton yarn,18.2tex cationic viscose yarn and 18.2tex jade tencel composite yarn as raw materials,discusses the basic structure and performance of yarn and tests the sense of coldness and warmness,thermal conductivity,heat preservation rate,air permeability and stiffness and flexibility of fabrics.The test result shows that jade tencel composite yarn has honeycomb structure and good thermal conductivity with cotton yarn mixed fabrics.The higher the content of jade tencel composite yarn is,the better the thermal conductivity of fabrics will be.The thermal conductivity of cationic viscose yarn and cotton yarn mixed fabrics is lower than that of jade tencel composite yarn and cotton yarn mixed fabrics,but is close to that of pure cotton fabrics.
