摘要
科学合理的薪酬体系是星级饭店持久稳定发展的基础。在对薪酬管理重要性分析的基础上,指出当前星级饭店薪酬管理存在的问题:薪酬结构相对单一、薪酬管理的价值导向偏离、绩效考核机制缺乏科学性、薪酬体系缺乏动态性、薪酬设计没有突显公平竞争原则。在此基础上提出了相关对策:树立薪酬管理理念、制定明确的薪酬管理目标、以绩效管理为依据完善薪酬体系、使用个性化的薪酬制度,充分考虑文化因素的作用。
Scientific and reasonable compensation management is the foundation of lasting and stable development of star-related hotels. Based on the importance analysis of compensation management,it points out the problems:the compensation structure is relatively simple;the value orientation of compensation management is deviation;the performance evaluation mechanism lacks of scientific;compensation system lacks of dynamic;compensation system lacks of fairness principle.Then it puts forwards some countermeasures:establishes new ideas of compensation management;make clear objectives of compensation management;improve compensation system based on performance management;uses the personalized compensation institution;completely considering the role of cultural factors.
