摘要
理论文献认为事业部制能提高多元化企业的绩效。以2012年四川、重庆两地81家多元化企业为样本数据,分析多元化企业组织结构与企业绩效之间的关系。通过单因素方差分析和多元回归模型等方法,发现使用事业部制的组织结构比使用职能型和母子公司制的组织结构更能提高多元化企业的绩效;样本企业的多元化程度越高,企业的绩效越低。
Multidivisional structure improves the performance of diversified enterprise in the theoretical literature. The relationship between organization structure and performance of diversified enterprise was studied based on the 81 samples from Sichuan and Chongqing enterprises in 2012. With the methods of single-factor analysis of variance and multiple regression models, it is found that muhidivisional structure improves the performance of diversified enterprise better than U-form and H-form. At the same time, it is also found that the higher degree of diversification, the lower performance of diversified enterprise.
