称重传感器大气压力影响的研究

Research on the barometric pressure effects of load cell

大气压力的变化对称重传感器的输出存在一定的影响,当该影响量超过一定量时会影响到传感器的计量性能;通过大量的试验分析,确定大气压力的变化对不同结构、不同量程、不同准确度等级及不同密封工艺的称重传感器带来的影响量的大小,从而提出是否有必要在型式试验时对所有的称重传感器都做大气压力影响试验。

The output of load cells will be a change with the change of barometric pressure, the affect of more than a certain amount of volume will affect the performance of the load cells. According to analysis of a large number of experiments to determine the effects of changes in barometric pressure on different structures, different ranges, different accuracy levels, and different sealing process weighing sensor brings. This paper show that if it is necessary to do the experiment on all type test of load cells.
