合适的生物样品前处理技术可以真实地反映被测组分在机体内的作用规律,将为药物在体内的代谢过程、药效物质基础、作用机制、药理、毒理学等研究提供实验依据。生物样品包括血样、尿液、头发、泪液等,样品处理方法也很多,有直接的沉淀蛋白、液液萃取、固相萃取等,可以单独使用,也可以结合起来使用。
