加味扶正解毒散超微粉对猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的影响

Influence of modified Fuzheng Jiedu San superfine powder on the immunological effect of Hog Cholera vaccine

为考察具有增强机体免疫功能的中药复方制剂加味扶正解毒散超微粉对猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的影响,选取35日龄断奶PIC仔猪,分为试验组和对照组,试验组按每吨饲料添加4 kg加味扶正解毒散超微粉,对照组按每吨饲料添加4 kg扶正解毒散超微粉,首免28 d后检测猪瘟抗体。结果表明,加味扶正解毒散超微粉能增强猪的免疫功能,试验组与对照组IE值分别为0.611±0.044和0.483±0.115,试验组较对照组提高26.5%;同时该制剂能提高抗体的整齐度,试验组与对照组变异系数分别为20.2%与67.4%,试验组较对照组降低47.2%。

Modified Fuzheng Jiedu San superfine powder is a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine which can enhance immune function of animals. In this experiment, 35-day-old PIC weaned pigs were divided into test and control groups. The test group was added 4 kg of modified Fuzheng Jiedu San superfine powder per ton of feed, while the control group was added 4 kg of Fuzheng Jiedu San superfine powder per ton of feed. 28 days after the first immunization, antibodies against Hog Cholera was detect to evaluate its role in enhancing the effect of swine fever immunization. The results showed that the IE value of test group and control group was 0.611 ±0.044 and 0.483±0.115, respectively; Meanwhile the coefficient of variation of test group and control group was 20.2% and 67.4%, respectively. It is concluded that modified Fuzheng Jiedu San superfine powder can enhance the immune function of pigs anti antibodies uniformity against Hog Cholera.
