营造富有场所感的城市综合体——简析温州总部基地建设工程方案设计

Creating an Urban Complex With a Sense of Place:The Analysis of Wenzhou Headquarters Base Construction Project Design

该文从城市与人的本质关系出发,认为现代城市综合体的设计应以满足城市主体——人的需求为基础,追求场所感的体现。并以温州总部基地建设工程项目设计为例,从"创建有活力的静态实体设施"及"规划可意向的精神体验空间"两个方面探讨营造场所感的设计要点。强调在营造场所物质环境的同时,更应该关注精神层次的内在联系,从而实现从城市到家园的回归。

Starting from the angle of the essential relationship between city and people, we believe that the design of the modern urban complex should be based on the needs of people, as well as seeking to give expression to a sense of place. From the point view of ＂establishing dynamic static physical facilities＂ and ＂planning intentional mental experience space＂. Taking the example of Wenzhou headquarters base construction project, we probe into the key points of design of creating a sense of space, and emphasize that while creating a physical environment, more attention should be paid to the inner connection of the spirit level, so that the goal of returning from city to home will be achieved.
